1/2 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup almond milk 1/2 cup water 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed 1 tbsp chopped nuts(walnuts, pecans, or almonds)

0.5 tbsp Flax Seed
0.25 cup Pumpkin
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.58 grams Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.22 serving Pure Almond Almondmilk
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats

Recipe Directions for fall pumpkin oatmeal

  1. combine oats, milk, water, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small saucepan. bring to a slow simmer

  2. add the pumpkin puree, flax seeds, and nuts.

  3. stir to combine and simmer until the oatmeal is done, 3 to 4 minutes.
