Recipe Ingredients for Fall Pork Chops

12 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion, raw
4 cups spinach
1 tomato
1 sweet potato, raw
2 potatoes, raw
1 apple
1/2 cup wine

Recipe Directions for Fall Pork Chops

Brown chops in oil. Remove, add onions and apple, sautee until tender. Add tomato, potatoes and wine, cover and cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are just tender. Add chops and cook for 5-10 minutes
