Recipe Ingredients for Fall Harvest Pasta

2 lbs. penne pasta
3 tbsp. butter
3 cups butternut squash
2 tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
1 cup cooked spinach
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup half and half
1 tsp. salt
1/3 lb. cooked bacon, cut up
3 cloves of garlic

Recipe Directions for Fall Harvest Pasta

Cook squash, spinach, toast pine nuts while pasta is cooking. Cube squash, drain spinach. Set aside. Reserve 1c. liquid from pasta while draining. Add all remaining ingredients and 1 cup of reserved liquid and toss together at the end. Serve hot!
