Recipe Ingredients for Fall Favorite Pumpkin Pie

1 1/2 c pumpkin
3/4 c honey
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp butter
1 1/2 c evaporated skim milk, scalded

Recipe Directions for Fall Favorite Pumpkin Pie

Mix all together, then add 2 egg whites stiffly beaten and fold into mixture. Pour into an unbaked wheat germ pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375 -400 for 35-40 minutes or until custard sets.
