Recipe Ingredients for Fall Cookies

1 1/4 cups wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter spread
2 egg whites
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
2 oz. mini M&Ms
4 oz. Reese's Pieces

Recipe Directions for Fall Cookies

Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, mix together flour, oats, salt and baking soda. In a small bowl, combine margarine, egg whites, honey, sugar and vanilla. Beat well and add to dry mixture. Stir in candy and walnuts. Drop on an ungreased cookie sheet by spoonful. Bake in 375 degree oven for 9-11 minutes Cool on wire rack.
