Recipe Ingredients for Falkland Spag Bol

300 g spaghetti
400 g minced beef
400 g tinned tomatos
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 large onion chopped
6 mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Falkland Spag Bol

  1. Brown mince and onions (using a small amount of water to start rather than oil)

  2. Add mushrooms until they begin to soften

  3. drain excess fluids

  4. Add tomatoes and garlic plus som tabasco sauce (I like about 6 drops to give it a cick)

  5. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce blends with the meat

  6. Whilst this simmers boil some pasta.

  7. Serve with a sprinkle of parmasan if you must but don't forget those added caloreis if you doo!
