Baked version of Moosewood recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Falafel

4 cups cooked chickpeas
4 clove garlic
2 t cumin
1 t Turmeric, Ground
1 t salt
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup Parsley
1/4 cup water
1 T lemon juice
1/3 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Falafel

Combine in blender and broil for 8 minutes on each side
