Recipe Ingredients for Falafel

18 oz. dried garbanzo beans
12 cloves garlic
2 onions
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
6 tablespoons whole wheat flour
6 tablespoons corn meal
4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp sugar
3 T. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Falafel

  1. grind

  2. shape

  3. brush with oil

  4. bake at 350 for 30 min
