Recipe Ingredients for Falafel

1 pound dried chickpeas
1 pound dried black beans
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
5 spring onions
1 cup parsley
1 tablespoon coriander
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Falafel

  1. Soak Beans

  2. Pulse beans in cuisinart

  3. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until mixture comes together

  4. Form into balls

  5. Bake at 450 for 30 min
