Recipe Ingredients for Falafel

1/2 medium potato
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups garbanzo beans
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tahini
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Recipe Directions for Falafel

  1. Boil poatato

  2. saute onion in skillet

  3. mash potato, beans, lemon juice

  4. Add onion, garlic, tahini, paprika, parsley.

  5. Stir

  6. Spoon mixture onto baking sheet, forming 3 inch pancakes.

  7. Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees F.

  8. Serve in pita bread.
