Recipe Ingredients for falafel

1 lb garbanzo beans
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 medium potato
1/4 cup parsley
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
3 tbsp flour
2 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for falafel

  1. Soak garbanzo beans 24 hours.

  2. Drain and rinse. Place beans, onion, garlic, potato, and parsley in a food processor and chop. Add coriander, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, flour, and baking powder and process. Set in fridge 2 hours.

  3. Shape into pattis an bake.
