Recipe Ingredients for Falafel patties

3 cups garbanzo beans
1/3 cup polenta
1/3 cup oat bran
1/2 white onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Falafel patties

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Pulse until everything is mashed and well blended.

  3. Form into 8 patties.

  4. Bake patties on greased baking sheet in oven (at 350) for 12-15 min, until golden brown.
