Recipe Ingredients for Falafel homemade

250 grams Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
1 small Onions
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Falafel homemade

  1. Siak beans overnight in water, drain and blitz with 1cup water in the blender. Combine with salt, spices, chopped onion and sesame seeds.

  2. Put oil in nonstick pan and bring up to heat. Sauté 5mins on each side till cooked through.
