Recipe Ingredients for Fake oatmeal

0.75 cup Egg, White
0.25 cup, chopped Pecans
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.25 serving Coconut Milk
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Fake oatmeal

Whisk egg whites with coconut milk and then add mashed ripe banana, nuts, flaxseed, vanilla and cinnamon. Heat gently over the stove, stirring constantly until thick as desired.
