Recipe Ingredients for Fake Mashed Potatoes

1 medium head raw Cauliflower
5.33 tbsp Fat Free Half and Half
4 oz Sour Cream Reduced Fat
1 tbsp Light Butter with Canola Oil
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Fake Mashed Potatoes

  1. Simmer the cauliflower in water with the cream added to it. When cauliflower is very soft, drain throroughly.

  2. Put the still warm cauliflower in a food processor with the sour cream, butter, salt, and pepper to taste and process til smooth.
