Recipe Ingredients for fake fries

6 oz red potato
7 oz turnip
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 black pepper

Recipe Directions for fake fries

  1. wash and slice roots into long strips, fry shaped.

  2. put pieces in bowl

  3. put in seasoning to coat

  4. put in baking dish, cover with foil

  5. put in oven at 425

  6. turn occasionally, every 7 min or so

  7. takes maybe 20 - 25 minutes.
