From "How it All Vegan." Will keep for 4-7 days. Add Garlic, Dill, Green onions for a more savory texture. Add 1/2 cup of fruit, two more tsp sweetener and omit pepper for a fruity version.

Recipe Ingredients for Fake Cream Cheese

1 cup tofu
1/4 cup cashews
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Fake Cream Cheese

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients until smooth and thick.

  2. Place in a sealable container.
