Recipe Ingredients for Fake Apple Pie

1 apple
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon country crock
1 slice whole wheat bread

Recipe Directions for Fake Apple Pie

  1. Cut up apple in slices, remove core and seeds.

  2. In microwave safe bowl pinch very small pieces of bread and put in bottom of bowl. Add apple and top with cinnamon, sugar and country crock or butter if desired instead. Microwave for 1.30 to 2 min or longer depending on your microwave until apples are soft and sugar and butter are melted. Stir to moisten bread. Enjoy.
