Recipe Ingredients for Fajitas Stir-fry

1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
17 g jalapeņo
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lb chicken thighs
1/2 onion

Recipe Directions for Fajitas Stir-fry

  1. Add oil to hot pan.

  2. Brown garlic in oil.

  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink in the center.

  4. Add chopped jalapeno to chicken.

  5. Add sweet peppers and onion. Cook until soft.
