Easy fajitas that you can mix and match however you wish!

Recipe Ingredients for Fajitas

1 lb beef, cut into strips
1/2 white onion, cut into chunks
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1 orange bell pepper, cut into strips
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Fajitas

  1. Marinate or season beef however you wish. Use chicken instead if you prefer.

  2. Cut vegetables and drizzle oil over them.

  3. Place all onto grill and cook to your liking.

  4. Serve with tortillas and fixin's of your choice. (I like light sour cream and 2%milkfat shredded cheese.)
