Recipe Ingredients for Fajita Veggies

1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Fajita Veggies

  1. cut peppers & onion in to 1/4" strips

  2. heat oil in large skillet

  3. add peppers 1st, cook 1/2 way

  4. then add onions

  5. add salt & pepper

  6. continue cooking on med till veggies are done

  7. add chilli powder or garlic for extra flavor
