1.5 medium raw Onion Yellow
3 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
396 grams Pepper Strips
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
2 serving Ground Cumin
0.5 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Fajita veggie mix

  1. dice all fresh vegetables

  2. warm EVOO in pan until hot

  3. stir fry onions for 2-3 minutes then add remaining veggies and and spices

  4. stir fry veggies until desired firmness is reached, about 8-10 minutes for soft veggues
