Recipe Ingredients for Fajita De Vegetarian

1 10" mission low carb multi grain tortilla
1/4 cup diced red bell peppers
1/4 cup diced green bell peppers
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup sargento reduced fat mozzarella shredded cheese
3 tablespoons amy's medium salsa

Recipe Directions for Fajita De Vegetarian

  1. fry diced peppers and onions

  2. (advice: throw the onions on last, onions lose nutritional value as they cook)

  3. (optional: add tofu to pan)

  4. add to tortilla

  5. (optional: add beans)

  6. sprinkle cheese on top

  7. fold tortilla

  8. place back on pan on medium heat to melt cheese

  9. add salsa as desired and enjoy!
