Recipe Ingredients for fajita stir fry

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup diced green pepper
1 cup diced mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp flour
2 cups cooked white rice
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for fajita stir fry

  1. Start rice.

  2. Dice all vegetables, heat oil in large pan and start cooking onions. Dice the chicken and add to the translucent onions. Cook until no pink remains. Add the remaining vegetables. Cook until crisp tender. Combine flour with cold water and add to pan to make sauce. Add in extra hot sauce if desired.
