Recipe Ingredients for Fajita Stew! (slow cooker)

452 4/5 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1.5 cup Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
492 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 large Onions
1.5 cup Tomatoes
438 9/10 grams Food You Feel Good About Black Beans
1 tsp Garlic Salt
40 grams Fajitas Seasoning Mix

Recipe Directions for Fajita Stew! (slow cooker)

  1. *Place 2 large chicken breasts in slow cooker.

  2. *Sprinkle garlic salt on them.

  3. *dice onions and place on top of chicken.

  4. *mix canned tomatoes and fajita mix in a bowl, then place on top of chicken/onions. (without draining)

  5. *Put all black beans on top of tomatoes, Drain just a bit of the extra water.

  6. *Cut up green peppers and place on top of the black beans.

  7. *Mix 1/4C water and 1/4C flour, mix in bowl and then pour on top.

  8. *set crockport for 7-8 hours.

  9. Chicken should pull apart, mix well!
