Bell peppers, diced tomatoes and veggies and brown rice with fajita spice.

Recipe Ingredients for Fajita Soup

14 1/2 oz {diced tomatoes mexican flavor}
1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 orange bell pepper, diced
1 cup brown rice
2 tbsp {fajita seasoning}
6 cups water
10 oz {diced frozen vegetables}

Recipe Directions for Fajita Soup

Bring water to a boil. Add all ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender. Serve warm.
