A quick mexican soup with fake chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Fajita Soup

1/2 cup green bell pepper
1 naked cutlet
1/3 cup onion
1/2 cup frozen vegetables
1 cup fire roasted tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup black beans
1 tbsp fajita seasoning

Recipe Directions for Fajita Soup

  1. Prepare cutlet according to packaged directions.

  2. Saute onion and pepper.

  3. Add frozen vegetables and heat till defrosted.

  4. Add tomatoes, black beans and seasonings.

  5. Bring to boil then reduce heat.

  6. Slice cutlet, add to soup and cook for a few more minutes.
