Recipe Ingredients for Fajita salad

1 cup lettuce
3 oz chicken breast
1 oz cheddar cheese
2 slices tomatoes
1/6 cup pinto beans
1 tbsp cilantro
4 tbsp onions
1/2 tbsp avacado

Recipe Directions for Fajita salad

  1. Shred the lettuce.

  2. Grill the chicken breast fajita style and cut into bite size pieces.

  3. Chop two slices of tomatoes. Add the already cooked pinto beans. Chop onions and cilantro. Slice the avacado.

  4. I did not use any salad dressing.
