Recipe Ingredients for Fajita (rice version)

1 chicken breast
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
1/2 oz cheddar
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked (to serve)
5 g Fajita mix

Recipe Directions for Fajita (rice version)

  1. Slice chicken and vegetables

  2. Stir fry according to Fajita spice mix instructions

  3. Add some water towards end of cooking if dry (some liquid is required to make the rice edible!)

  4. Serve with boiled long grain rice
