Recipe Ingredients for Fajita- Corn and Pot Roast

16 corn tortillas
6 oz Beef Roast
2 cup frozen corn
3 tbs diced jalapeno
1 bell pepper
2 onions
1 tbs olive oil
8 tsp light sour cream
2 medium tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Fajita- Corn and Pot Roast

heat oil in fry pan. Dice all vegetables. Sautee all vegetables (tomatoes optional) with beef in oil. Heat corn tortillas in seperate pan doubled up (2 will be as 1). Place sour cream and other ingredients in tortillas and serve.
