3 oz chicken breast
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 sweet onion
2 tbsp salsa

Recipe Directions for fajita bowl

  1. Cut the vegetables and chicken in strips.

  2. Spray pan with cooking spray. Add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add in vegetables and cook until chicken in done and veggies are tender.

  4. Serve in a bowl topped with the salsa.
