Recipe Ingredients for Fajita Bowl

1 cup lettuce
1/2 cup pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. oil
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup avocado
1/2 cup tomato
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Fajita Bowl

  1. Heat oil and garlic.

  2. Sautee peppers, onion and tomatoes; set aside.

  3. Fill bowl with lettuce and top with pepper mixture.

  4. Add remaining ingredients on top.
