Recipe Ingredients for Fairly Healthy Alfredo Sauce

1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups skim milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp parsley
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Fairly Healthy Alfredo Sauce

melt the butter in a medium sauce pan, medium heat, then add flour and stir...gradually add in milk and wisk...add pepper, salt, parsley and garlic and continue to wisk until sauce thickens. Add parmesan cheese at the end, which will thicken it even more.
