Recipe Ingredients for Faccacia brown bread mushroom veggie pie

1 cups warm water
1 package active dry yeast
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
27 g vital wheat gluten,half cup
1 cup unbleached flour
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3 tbsp olive oil
16 grams nutritional yeast
1 tsp turmeric
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/2 medium red sweet pepper
1/2 medium yellow sweet pepper
3 small green onions
3 medium mushrooms, 1 large portebello
20 g chili pepper, cherry
14 g medium jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup eggplant, sliced
1/4 cup yellow squash
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for Faccacia brown bread mushroom veggie pie

mix together warm water, warm molasses and yeast, let set in warm place til bubbly. Mix flours, other dry ingredients, sunflower seeds, and half cracked pepper , add 1/2 of the olive oil to yeast mixture, and add yeast mixture to the flour mixture. Knead until elastic adding oil as needed, also use a little flour if dough is too sticky. Set bowl in warm place to let rise until double. Slice or chop all veggies and set aside. Knock down dough when doubled and let rise again. Prepare black iron pan by oiling with olive oil I used very large frying pan with no lid. When dough is double again, take out of bowl and knead then place in prepared iron skillet pressing dough out and up sides of the pan about 1/2 way up sides, and let dough rise about 1/2 double. Then place sliced raw mushrooms on top to dough and then spread the rest of the vegetables on top of the mushrooms with tomatoes on top and smoosh them into the other veggies and the dough. Sprinkle nutritional yeast as layering and top with the ground pumpkin and sunflower seed and let rise about 30 more minutes. Bake in 350 oven for about 30 minutes uncovered. Cut 8 ways, for 8 servings.
