A very nice fish taco. Compared to restaurants versions this one is lower in calories and fat!

Recipe Ingredients for Fabulous Haddock Taco

3 oz. Haddock
1 tortilla Carb Balance Tortillas
1 tbsp Guacamole
2 tbsp Salsa
89 grams Iceberg Lettuce
0.33 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Soft)
1/4 cup LightBlock Fat Free
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 serving Table Blend Salt Free Seasoning Blend
1 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
1 tsp Franks RedHot Hot Sauce

Recipe Directions for Fabulous Haddock Taco

  1. Preheat your oven at 350 F.

  2. Shred your lettuce for your taco and put aside

  3. In a small bowl, mix your: onion powder, garlic powder, and Mrs Dash together until well blended. Sprinkle the mixed seasoning on your haddock and place the fish into a shallow baking dish or pie plate.

  4. Pour the skim milk around the fish and top the fish with the "I can't believe it's not butter light" (margarine) and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the fish is cooked through. Don't over cook your fish!

  5. When the fish is done, place your cooked fish in a bowl and flake it apart.

  6. Now its time to assemble your taco

  7. Spread the Guacamole over your Tortilla. With a small strainer, strain the juice from the 2 Tbsp of Sisters Salsa (unless you like it juicy) place the salsa over the tortilla and top with the shredded lettuce. Place your cooked fish over the tortilla and top with sour cream. Shake on as much Franks Hot sauce as you like on your taco and enjoy!
