Recipe Ingredients for Fabulous Fast Scallops

1 tbs butter
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 lb bay scallops
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Shrimp Soup
1/2 cup water
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Fabulous Fast Scallops

  1. Heat butter in skillet.

  2. Add celery, green pepper, mushrooms and onions.

  3. Cook until vegetables are tender.

  4. Add scallops and cook 2 minutes.

  5. Add soup, water and red pepper and heat through.

  6. Serve with pasta or rice. Sprinkle with paprika.
