Spicy turkey wrapped in lettuce leaves with fresh veggies

Recipe Ingredients for F-BOM

20 oz Ground Turkey, 85% Lean
4 tbsp Green Curry Paste
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 cup, grated Carrots
2 oz Cilantro leaves
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
16 oz Hearts of Romaine
3 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 fruit (2" dia) Limes

Recipe Directions for F-BOM

Saute 2 yellow onions, slices thin, with oil until caramelized. Add curry paste and fry for 5 min. Add turkey and cook until cooked through. Season with fish sauce to taste. Wrap scoops of the turkey in romaine lettuce leaves with shredded carrots, cilantro and thin sliced raw red onion. Squeeze fresh limes over the top and enjoy.
