Recipe Ingredients for EZ chicken soup with white kidney beans & spinach

7 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
32 oz chicken broth
1/4 cup pesto
2 tsp. olive oil
1 cloves fresh garlic
1/4 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
2 cups chopped spinach
4 tablespoons cooking wine
15 oz white kidney beans

Recipe Directions for EZ chicken soup with white kidney beans & spinach

  1. Pour 2 tsp. olive oil into dutch oven

  2. Add the chopped garlic (1 or 2 cloves)

  3. Add the carrots and the bell pepper

  4. Chop the chicken breast into bite-size pieces and add to the items in the dutch oven

  5. Pour in the chicken broth

  6. Add the pesto and the spinach

  7. Add the white kidney beans which have been drained and rinsed

  8. Season with sea salt, fresh ground pepper and Italian Seasoning

  9. Pour in the cooking wine

  10. Simmer for about 15 minutes

  11. Serve hot
