Recipe Ingredients for EZ Cheeseburger Pie (low-fat vegetarian version)

12 oz. Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles - Meal Starters
3/4 cup onion chopped
4 oz. fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart
1 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for EZ Cheeseburger Pie (low-fat vegetarian version)

  1. Heat oven to 400F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.

  2. In 10-inch skillet, cook crumbles and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Spread in pie plate.

  4. Sprinkle with cheese.

  5. In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.

  6. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

  7. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
