Recipe Ingredients for EYE OF THE ROUND SLOW COOKER ROAST

3 lb beef
3 sweet onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup ketchup
2 cups water
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  1. PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE ROAST IN A

  2. POT AND SIMMER IT.

  3. CUT ROAST IN HALF, AND ADD THE SAUCE

  4. COOK ALL DAY AT MEDIUM IN THE SLOW COOKER.
