3 oz mushroom
5 oz green pepper
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano

Brown beef. Meanwhile in separate pan cook remaining ingredients and then puree. Mix beef and veggie mix.
