Low carb/paleo grain-free, if you want vegan sub the pp for pp of choice, almost "cookie" but not sweet, tahini/lemon combination, turned out very fluffy.

Recipe Ingredients for Extremely fluffy tahini biscuits (no sweetener)

4.5 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)
0.67 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 fl oz Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.5 tbsp Lemon Peel
1 serving 100% Whey Protein Powder
5.4 oz Almond Meal
2 oz Coconut Fine Unsweetened
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Extremely fluffy tahini biscuits (no sweetener)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine Tahini, water, lime juice, coconut oil (melt it first), lemon rind, and vanilla extract. In seperate bowl combine almond meal, coconut, salt, and baking soda. Pour tahini mixture into dry ingredients, stir quickly and drop by tablespoons onto baking sheet. Put in oven almost immediately to ensure fluffiness. Cook until lightly browned on high spots, about 7-10 minutes.
