An omelette with an exotic twist that will scorch your tongue! Very, very satisfying.

Recipe Ingredients for Extra Spicy Omelette

2 eggs
2 tablespoons skim milk
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
2 thai peppers
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tablespoon butter

Recipe Directions for Extra Spicy Omelette

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add skim milk and beat some more.

  2. Melt butter in skillet.

  3. Pour eggs/milk mixture into skillet. Cook until fluffy and solid.

  4. While the eggs are cooking, chop the peppers.

  5. Once the eggs are fluffy and solid, add the cheese and peppers. Add any other fillings you would like as well, to taste.

  6. Fold the omelette. Put on a plate. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Serve.
