Recipe Ingredients for Extra-Healthy Spinach Salad

5 ounces spinach
5 ounces mixed greens
1 1/3 cups mandarin oranges
3/4 cup walnuts
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1 red bell pepper
15 ounce chickpeas

Recipe Directions for Extra-Healthy Spinach Salad

Rinse spinach. Rinse salad greens. Drain oranges, but don't rinse. Toast walnuts. Chop bell pepper. Drain and rinse chickpeas. Serving = 2 cups. Serve with one TBLS FYH honey-mustard dressing. 366 cal.
