if you don't like garlic, don't try this. this has a powerful kick.

Recipe Ingredients for extra garlicky hummus

2 cups garbanzo beans
1/4 cup tahini
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup diced red pepper
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
12 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for extra garlicky hummus

Grind garbanzo beans to a paste. Add garlic, red pepper and parlsey-continue to grind to a paste. Add pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well. You may add more or less of the olive oil to get the consistency you like. Chill overnight to get the full flavor of the garlic.
