Makes 12 Large Very Dense Donuts or 24 Mini Muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Extra Dense Blueberry Cream Cheese Donuts

2 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
4 tbsp Cream Cheese Whipped
6 oz Blueberry Nonfat
1 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Cozy Cottage Sugar Free Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup, unsifted Sugars, Powdered
3 teaspoon Truvia
3 teaspoon Truvia
3 teaspoon Truvia
0.5 scoop Natural Whey Protein Powder
0.75 oz Sugar
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, Bread, Enriched

Recipe Directions for Extra Dense Blueberry Cream Cheese Donuts

  1. 1 Cup White Unbleached Wheat Flour

  2. 2 tbsp egg whites

  3. 1 container Blueberry Chobani Greek Yogurt

  4. 4 tbsp whipped cream cheese

  5. 1 tsp vanilla

  6. 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  7. 3 Truvia

  8. 1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup

  9. 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon sugar

  10. 1/2 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder

  11. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  12. Spray donut tin or muffin tin with olive oil spray

  13. Heat oven to 350 degrees

  14. Mix all dry ingredients then add in liquid ingredients adding 1 cup bluberries at the very end!

  15. Do not over mix

  16. Spoon into tray once all ingredients are combined

  17. Bake at 350 for 12-15min (donuts) or 8-10 min (mini muffins)

  18. Very Very Dense... If you want less dense baked goods next time I'm going to try less cream cheese, and if I have more truvia I'm going to sub truvia for some of that powdered sugar and syrup (I was out!)

  19. The more blueberries the better!!!
