A lighter wheat bread - may need to add more yeast, or use a different setting. Came out squat and a bit moist inside.

Recipe Ingredients for ExpressBake 1.5 lb wheat loaf

1 T. canola oil
3 T. milled flax seed
2 T. sugar
1 t salt
1 c flour
2 c whole wheat flour
5 t yeast
2 T powdered milk
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for ExpressBake 1.5 lb wheat loaf

  1. Place ingredients in bread pan.

  2. Set for ExpressBake 58 minute program.
