Recipe Ingredients for Experimental potstickers

3 links teriyaki ginger chicken sausage
18 pieces wrappers
1 egg white
2 tbs chives
2 cups steamed bok choy

Recipe Directions for Experimental potstickers

  1. 1. Crumble sausage and mix with chives and egg whites.

  2. 2. Place in wonton wrappers and seal.

  3. 3. Steam briefly, then finish in a pan with cooking spray to brown one side.

  4. 4. Serve over steamed bok choy with your choice of dipping sauces.
