Recipe Ingredients for excellent enchiladas

2 lb chicken breast
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
30 oz fat free refried beans
12 whole wheat flour tortillas
15 oz salsa
12 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for excellent enchiladas

cook the chicken, pepper and spices in a nonstick pan over medium high heat for 4 minutes. remove from heat and add beans and wheat germ. add 3/4 cup chicken mix to each tortilla, roll up and place seam down in a nonstick baking dish. top with salsa. cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. sprinkle with cheese. garnish with cheese, salsa and sour cream
