Smoked Salmon & Feta Cheese Omlette

Recipe Ingredients for EW-O: Lox & Feta Cheese

1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites
1.43 ounce (40g) lox
20 g Feta Cheese
1/2 clove (1.5g) garlic
2 tbsp salsa

Recipe Directions for EW-O: Lox & Feta Cheese

  1. heat non stick omlette pan

  2. coat with canola spray

  3. melt in garlic clove

  4. add lox - sautee mildly

  5. add egg whites (Horizon's the best!) - let cook until consistency forms

  6. add feta cheese - flip it!

  7. slide onto plate - top with salsa

  8. yum!!
